Alayna Grace has spent most of her life in an institution. Her basic needs have been met, but she has never received the one thing she needed the most- LOVE.
She has cried out in the night for comfort, but no one has ever come...She's been on her own... Or so she thought. Little did she know that God was working diligently behind the scenes on her behalf. He was was stirring the hearts of a family on the other side of the world-opening their eyes to the plight of children in distant countries who have been abandoned by their families simply because they had special needs. He asked them to make a leap of faith-trusting that HE knew best and that He would equip them to do what He was asking of them. They didn't need to be perfectly suited for this task - they just needed to be willing-the rest was up to Him. He asked, and they responded with a whole-hearted "Yes!!!"

least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

It was two years ago when the Musk family made the decision to rescue one of "the least of these" from Eastern Europe. They hadn't even known WHO they were rescuing until a year after they began their journey! Upon first seeing "Ally's" picture, they knew that God had intended her for their family and they loved her immediately!
It has been a very long two years for them, but I think the next several weeks are going to be the hardest to wait through. The courts have said that Ally is now theirs, but they can't go and get her until January.
THAT is where YOU come in. International travel is ridiculously expensive-the cost for their plane tickets alone is going to be almost $3,000! So far, the Musk's have shouldered most of the expenses on their own without asking for help from anyone, although they have thankfully and graciously accepted it from those who have offered.
